สิทธิการลาพักผ่อนประจำปี พนักงานที่ทำครบ 1 ปี จึงจะมีสิทธิในการหยุดพักผ่อน 6 วัน ซึ่งพนักงานที่มีความประสงค์จะลาหยุดพักผ่อนประจำปีจะต้องส่งใบลาล่วงหน้า อย่างน้อย 3 วัน และสามารถสะสมวันหยุดพักผ่อนประจำปีในปีปฏิทินต่อไปได้ แต่ไม่เกิน 20 วัน การตัดวันพักผ่อนประจำปีดังกล่าวให้ตัด ณ วันที่ 31 ธันวาคม ของแต่ละปี และในปีถัดไปจะเพิ่มวันหยุดพักผ่อนประจำปีในปีปฏิทินให้อีกปีละ 1 วัน
