(4) ควบคุมแนวเขตทางสาธารณะ
(5) งานรับรองระวังแนวเขตที่ดิน
(6) งานอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
1.1.2 งานขออนุญาตอาคาร มีหน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบเกี่ยวกับ
(1) ตรวจสอบกำหนดผังบริเวณแนวระดับของอาคารที่ขออนุญาต
(2) ตรวจสอบการขออนุญาตก่อสร้างตาม พ.ร.บ. ควบคุมอาคาร พ.ศ.2522
(3) ตรวจสอบแก้ไขปัญหาเรื่องราว และคำร้องของประชาชนเกี่ยวกับการควบคุมอาคาร
