พ.ศ. 2550 ค่ายกามิกาเซ่ได้ก่อตั้งขึ้นในเครือของบริษัท อาร์เอส จำกัด (มหาชน) โดยมีคอนเซปต์ในการเป็นค่ายเพลงสำหรับกลุ่มวัยรุ่นโดยเฉพาะ และได้จัดงานเปิดตัวค่ายและศิลปินเป็นครั้งแรกในวันที่ 29 มีนาคม พ.ศ. 2550 ที่ศูนย์การค้าสยามพารากอน และได้ส่งเพลงเปิดตัวเพลงแรก “ขัดใจ” ออกมาเป็นการแนะนำตัวศิลปินในค่าย หลังจากนั้นได้ส่งผลงานของศิลปินเบอร์แรกของค่ายคือ 3 สาวเกิร์ลแก๊งค์ เฟย์ ฟาง แก้ว ตามมาด้วย 2 สาวคู่หูดูโอ โฟร์-มด, หนึ่งหนุ่มนักเต้นเท้าไฟ พายุ, 2 สาวสไตล์พังค์ตะวันตกและตะวันออก ขนมจีน และ มิล่า, 5 หนุ่มบอยแบนด์ 3 สัญชาติ เค-โอติค, 2 สาวฝาแฝด เนโกะ จัมพ์ และปิดท้ายปลายปีกับ 7 สาว Lipz Project ประกอบไปด้วย สาวน้อยเบบี้ฮิพฮอพ หวาย, 2 สาวสดใส Siska และ 4 สาวเกิร์ลกรุ๊ป ชิลลี่ไวท์ช็อค

พ.ศ. 2551 ส่งเพลงพิเศษ “รักฉันเรียกว่าเธอ” และ “Forward” ออกมากับโปรเจกต์อัลบั้มพิเศษในชื่ออัลบั้ม “Forward To U” รวมศิลปินทั้งหมดของค่าย 22 คนเพื่อเป็นคำขอบคุณให้กับแฟนเพลงและในอัลบั้มยังได้รวบรวมเพลงฮิตของศิลปิน ตลอด 1 ปีที่ผ่านมาไว้อีกด้วย และตามมาด้วยอัลบั้มที่ 2 ในช่วงปลายปี ในชื่อว่า “Friendship Never Ends” กับอีก 2 เพลงพิเศษ “เพลงรัก” และ “เพื่อนกัน..ฉันรักเธอ”

พ.ศ. 2552 ได้จัดคอนเสิร์ตใหญ่รวมศิลปินเป็นครั้งแรกของค่ายในชื่อ “One-2-Call Freedom Zheza Zim Presents Kamikaze Live Concert” ในวันเสาร์ที่ 16 พฤษภาคม พ.ศ. 2552 ณ รอยัลพารากอนฮอลล์ สยามพารากอน [2] และถือเป็นการเปิดตัวอย่างเป็นทางการของโปรเจกต์พิเศษที่ได้นำศิลปินหญิงของค่ายมารวบรวมไว้ทั้งหมด 7 คน โดยใช้ชื่อว่า “Seven Days” (7 สาว 7 วัน กับ 7 รูปแบบของความรัก) (อนึ่งในงานครั้งนี้ 2 ใน 4 สมาชิกของ ชิลลี่ไวท์ช็อค ได้ขอถอนตัวจากการเป็นศิลปิน ทำให้เหลือสมาชิกทั้งหมดในกามิกาเซ่ 20 คน)

หลังจากนั้นได้มีโปรเจกต์พิเศษต่อเนื่องมาอีก คือ “2 high” โดยนำศิลปินชายในวง เค-โอติก 2 คน คือ “โทโมะ” และ “ป็อปปี้” มาออก Single ร่วมกันในเพลง “Dejavu” (เดจาวู) และกับสมาชิกที่เหลืออีก 3 คน คือ “เขื่อน”, “เคนตะ” และ “จองเบ” ในโปรเจกต์ “Monkey Hero” โดยได้ 4 สาว เกิร์ลลี่ เบอร์รี่ มาร่วมแจมในเพลง “ถ้าเธอมีจริง”

พ.ศ. 2553 กามิกาเซ่ได้เปิดตัวโปรเจกต์ใหม่ “Kamikaze Wave” พร้อมกับแนะนำศิลปินใหม่อีก 5 กลุ่มศิลปิน ได้แก่ 6 หนุ่มบอยแบนด์ “X-I-S”, กลุ่มฮิพฮอพชาย 2 หญิง 1 “3.2.1″, คู่ดูโอพี่น้อง 2 สาว “Kat-Pat”, 5 สาวเกิร์ลกรุ๊ป “Kiss Me Five” และ 5 หนุ่มนักดนตรี “Fact U” รวมเป็น 21 คน จากเดิมมีสมาชิกในรุ่นแรก 20 คน ทำให้ตอนนี้กามิกาเซ่มีสมาชิกรวมทั้งหมด 41 คน และได้จัดคอนเสิร์ตใหญ่รวมศิลปินทั้งหมดของค่ายเป็นปีที่ 2 ในชื่อ “Kamikaze Wave Concert” ในวันเสาร์ที่ 26 มิถุนายน พ.ศ. 2553 ณ อินดอร์สเตเดี้ยม หัวหมาก

โดยในคอนเสิร์ต “Kamikaze Wave Concert” ได้มีการเปิดตัวเกิร์ลกรุ๊ปกลุ่มใหม่ “SWEE:D” โดยนำ ศิลปินที่เหลืออีก 2 คน ของวง Chilli white choc ได้แก่ จินนี่, พิม และ อีก 1 ศิลปิน จาก SISKA คือ มิน มารวมตัวกัน โดยมี Single เปิดตัวในเพลง “ห้าม (Stop it!)” (อนึ่งในปีนี้ พายุ ได้ขอถอนตัวจากการเป็นศิลปิน ทำให้มีจำนวนศิลปินทั้งหมดเหลือเพียง 40 คน)
