การรับรู้ของพนักงาน กลุ่มประชากรที่ใช้ คือ พนักงานฝ่ายทรัพยากรบุคคล บริษัท วิทยุการบินแห่งประเทศไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) จำนวน 155 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถาม การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปทางสถิติ ค่าสถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน T-Test 1-way ANOVA และ Simple Regression โดยกำหนดนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05
