จุดประสงค์ของการศึกษานี้เพื่อศึกษาและอภิปรายผลการเรียนรู้ที่ได้จากประสบการณ์การฝึกงานห้องคลอดครั้งแรกในรายวิชาการพยาบาลครอบครัวและการผดุงครรภ์ 3 ของนักศึกษาพยาบาลศาสตร์ชั้นปีที่ 3 มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีสุรนารี การศึกษาเชิงคุณภาพโดยรวมรวบข้อมูลจากการให้นักศึกษาพยาบาล 5 คน เขียนรายงานสะท้อนคิดประสบการณ์ในการทำคลอดครั้งแรกและผลการฝึกปฏิบัติการห้องคลอดที่ได้รับจากแหล่งฝึกต่างๆ ตามความเป็นจริง
