การวิจัยเรื่อง ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการทำงานเป็นทีมของพนักงานการไฟฟ้าฝ่ายผลิตแห่งประเทศไทย กรณีศึกษา กองขนส่งทางบก มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล องค์ประกอบหลักของทีม ระบบการควบคุมภายใน และประสิทธิภาพการทำงานเป็นทีมของผู้ปฏิบัติงานกองขนส่งทางบก การไฟฟ้าฝ่ายผลิตแห่งประเทศไทย (2) เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการทำงานเป็นทีมของผู้ปฏิบัติงานกองขนส่งทางบก การไฟฟ้าฝ่ายผลิตแห่งประเทศไทย(3) เพื่อศึกษาองค์ประกอบหลักของทีม ที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการทำงานเป็นทีมของผู้ปฏิบัติงานกองขนส่งทางบก การไฟฟ้าฝ่ายผลิตแห่งประเทศไทย (4) เพื่อศึกษาระบบการควบคุมภายในที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการทำงานเป็นทีมของผู้ปฏิบัติงานกองขนส่งทางบก การไฟฟ้าฝ่ายผลิตแห่งประเทศไทย โดยกลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ ผู้ปฏิบัติงานในกองขนส่งทางบก การไฟฟ้าฝ่ายผลิตแห่งประเทศไทยจำนวน 140คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน t – test, One – way ANOVA และ Simple Regression
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ผู้ปฏิบัติงานกองขนส่งทางบก การไฟฟ้าฝ่ายผลิตแห่งประเทศไทย ส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศชายจำนวน 103 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 73.6มีช่วงอายุ 50 ปีขึ้นไป จำนวน 90 คนคิดเป็นร้อยละ 64.3ระดับการศึกษาอยู่ในระดับต่ำกว่าปริญญาตรี จำนวน 98 คนคิดเป็นร้อยละ 70.0อายุงานมากกว่า 20 ปี จำนวน 96 คนคิดเป็นร้อยละ 68.6อยู่ในตำแหน่งระดับปฏิบัติการ จำนวน 114 คนคิดเป็นร้อยละ 81.4
ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐานพบว่า ปัจจัยองค์ประกอบหลักของทีม ได้แก่ ด้านทรัพยากรและสภาพแวดล้อมด้านองค์ประกอบและคุณลักษณะด้านกระบวนการทำงานด้านการออกแบบงาน และปัจจัยระบบการควบคุมภายใน ได้แก่ ด้านสภาพแวดล้อมการควบคุมด้านการประเมินความเสี่ยงด้านกิจกรรมการควบคุมด้านข้อมูลสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร และด้านการติดตามและประเมินผล ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการทำงานเป็นทีมของผู้ปฏิบัติงานในกองขนส่งทางบกการไฟฟ้าฝ่ายผลิตแห่งประเทศไทย อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.001
