การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความศรัทธาของบุคลากรที่มีต่อพระหฤทัยในโรงเรียนพระหฤทัยคอนเเวนต์เเละเพื่อเผยเเพร่เรื่องของพระหฤทัยผ่านทางกิจกรรมต่างๆ ที่ชมรมได้ปฏิบัติโดยมีกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ได้แก่ คุณครูเเละนักเรียนตั้งเเต่ระดับชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 5 ถึง ชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 6 ปีการศึกษา 2558 จำนวน 149 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ เเบบสอบถาม การรวบรวมข้อมูลที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ค่าร้อยละเเละนำมาเสนอเป็นเเผนภูมิเเท่ง
ผลการวิจัย พบว่าการศึกษาความศรัทธาของบุคลากรที่มีต่อพระหฤทัยในโรงเรียนพระหฤทัยคอนเเวนต์นั้น บุคลากรได้รับความรู้เกี่ยวกับองค์พระหฤทัยในโรงเรียนนี่เชื่อว่าเมื่อขอพรจากองค์พระหฤทัยเเล้วจะได้รับพรนั้นดังที่ตั้งใจไว้ เดินผ่านรูปองค์พระหฤทัยตามสถานที่ต่างๆจะทำความเคารพ รู้สึกชอบหลักธรรมคำสอนขององค์พระหฤทัยเเละได้ปฏิบัติตามเเบบอย่างขององค์พระหฤทัยในเรื่องความรักเมตตา ให้อภัย ในระดับคุณภาพมาก เเสดงว่าบุคลากรในโรงเรียนพระหฤทัยคอนเเวนต์ ซึมซับเรื่องราวต่างๆเเละจิตตารมณ์ของพระหฤทัยในระดับคุณภาพมาก ซึ่งหมายถึงบุคลากรมีความศรัทธาต่อพระหฤทัยโดยมีค่าเฉลี่ยที่ 3.54 เท่ากับ 70.80% ซึ่งมากกว่าสมมุติฐานที่ตั้งไว้
