ประชุมครั้งที่ 1 ปรึกษาระดมความคิดเกี่ยวกับงาน เลือกหัวข้อในการจัดงาน เช่น แบ่งงานแต่ละฝ่าย,สถานที่,วัน,เวลา จึงได้ข้อสรุปว่า จะจัด ในหัวข้อเรื่อง “Easy to health” โดยได้แบ่งหน้าที่ให้แต่ล่ะฝ่ายรับผิดชอบดังนี้
