เนื่องจาก ในช่วงเดือนสิงหาคม 2557 บริษัทฯ มียอดการผลิตลดลงเป็นอย่างมาก อันเนื่องจาก บริษัท เจเนรัล มอเตอร์ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด ซึ่งเป็นลูกค้าหลักของบริษัทฯ และเกี่ยวข้องโดยตรงต่อกระบวนการผลิต ได้มียอดสั่งซื้อผลิตภัณฑ์ลดลง ดังนั้น บริษัทฯ จำเป็นจะต้องประกาศหยุดประกอบกิจการเป็นการชั่วคราว ทั้งกะกลางวันและกะกลางคืน โดยมีรายละเอียด ดังนี้
1. ในวันจันทร์ที่ 11 สิงหาคม 2557 เป็นวันหยุดประกอบกิจการชั่วคราว
2. สำหรับวันที่บริษัทฯ ประกาศให้หยุดเป็นการชั่วคราว บริษัทฯ จะจ่ายค่าจ้างให้กับพนักงาน เท่ากับ 75 เปอร์เซ็นต์ ของฐานเงินเดือน
3. สำหรับพนักงานที่ใช้สิทธิลาพักผ่อนประจำปี ในวันดังกล่าว ทางบริษัทฯ จะจ่ายค่าจ้างเต็มจำนวน
4. สำหรับพนักงานบางส่วนที่ได้รับการร้องขอให้มาทำงาน เป็นกรณีพิเศษ ทางบริษัทฯ จะจ่ายค่าจ้างเต็มจำนวน
5. ส่วนสวัสดิการอื่นๆจ่ายเต็มจำนวน รวมถึงเบี้ยขยัน ทั้งนี้ต้องเป็นไปตามเงื่อนไขการจ่ายเบี้ยขยัน
6. พนักงานระดับ Executive ขึ้นไปให้ใช้สิทธิลาพักผ่อนประจำปีในวันดังกล่าว บริษัทจะจ่ายค่าจ้างเต็มจำนวน
7. พนักงานระดับ Executive ขึ้นไปที่ไม่มีสิทธิลาพักผ่อนประจำปีในวันดังกล่าว บริษัทจะจ่ายค่าจ้าง 75 เปอรเซ็นต์ ของฐานเงินเดือน

ทั้งนี้ หากมีการเปลี่ยนแปลง แก้ไข ทางบริษัทฯ จะแจ้งให้ทราบเป็นครั้งๆ ไป
จึงแจ้งมาเพื่อทราบและปฏิบัติโดยทั่วกัน
