ควบคุมการวางแผนการก่อสร้างในโครงการที่รับผิดชอบ ตรวจสอบความคืบหน้าของโครงการก่อสร้างในความรับผิดชอบ ทำการปรับปรุงแก้ไขแผนการก่อสร้าง เพื่อให้เป็นไปตามแผนการโอนกรรมสิทธิ์

จัดทำแผนงาน ทั้ง Annual Plan , Material Plan , Construction Plan ,งบลงทุนประจำปี และค่าใช้จ่าย
ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานต่างๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง ทั้งหน่วยงานขาย การตลาด แผนการโอนบ้าน เพื่อการจัดทำแผนงานได้อย่างเหมาะสมและสอดคล้องต่อกัน
ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานต่าง ๆ เพื่อเข้าร่วมในการพัฒนาและแก้ไขปัญหาต่าง ๆ ของงานใน Project
