หากผู้รับจ้างดำเนินการใดๆที่ผิดไปจากเอกสารหรือเงื่อนไขแห่งสัญญาที่ได้ทำไว้กับเจ้าของโครงการ เจ้าของโครงการจะสามารถริบหลักประกันซองหรือเรียกร้องจากธนาคารหรือสถาบันการเงินผู้ค้ำประกัน
