ศึกษาและปฎิบัติเกี่ยวกับการฟัง พูด อ่าน เขียน ภาษาอังกฤษ การสื่อสารในองค์กร ผู้ร่วมประกอบวิชาชีพ ฝึกการสนทนาโต้ตอบกับลูกค้าในบริบทที่หลากหลาย การให้ข้อมูลหรือคำแนะนำเกี่ยวกับสถานที่ สินค้าและบริการ โดยใช้บทบาทสมมุติ สถานการณ์จำลอง อิเล็คทรอนิกส์ นำเสนองาน ขั้นตอนการปฏิบัติงาน เข้าใจความเหมือน ความแตกต่างระหว่างวัฒธรรม ตามมารยาทสังคม ประเพณีและวัฒธรรมของเจ้าของภาษา กระบวรการเรียนรู้ และเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเพื่อพัฒนาทักษะทางภาษา

4.โครงการพิเศษ 10 คะแนน คะแนนรวมทั้งสิ้น 100 คะแนน
เอกสารประกอบการเรียนการสอน
1. ใบความรู้ Sheet(เอกสารการสอน)ประกอยด้วย เนื้อหา แบบฝึกหัด และแบบทดสอบ โดยในการเรียนแต่ละครั้ง ครูจะเตรียมเอกสารการสอน มาแจกเพื่อให้นักศึกษาจะใช้เรียนในห้องเรียน และนักเรียนจะต้องเก็บใบที่ 1 ของทุกใบความรู้ ไว้ในแฟ้มสะสมงานเพื่อส่งเป็นคะแนนจิตพิสัย 5 คะแนน
2.ใบงาน (Work Sheet) ประกอบด้วย แบบฝึกหัด และแบบทดสอบ โดยในการเรียนแต่ล่ะครั้งจะมี แบบฝึกหัด และแบบทดสอบที่ต้องทำในคาบเรียนให้แล้วเสร็จ ตรวจและบันทึกคะแนนแต่ละใบงานในแต่ละคาบการสอน ซึ่งคะแนนทั้งหมดจะเป็นคะแนนเก็บระหว่างเรียน 40 คะ แนน
3. แบบทดสอบ(Test) คือ ข้อสอบกลางภาคเรียน (Mid-term Test) และ ปลายภาคเรียน(Final Test) โดยอาจจะเป็นข้อสอบเขียน หรือ กากบาท หรือ การนำเสนองาน (ขึ้นอยู่กับความรู้และความพร้อมของผู้เรียน) คะแนนกลางภาค 15 คะ แนน และ คะแนนปลายภาค 15 คะ แนน
4. พจนานุกรมภาษาอังกฤษ-ไทย (Dictionary) นักศึกษาจำเป็นต้องใช้ในการเรียนการทุกครั้ง เพื่อหาคำศัพท์และความหมาย ซึ่งนักศึกษาสามารถยืมจากครูผู้สอนหรือศูนย์การเรียนรู้ด้วยตนเอง
การปฎิบัตตนของนักศึกษาในการเรียน การสอน
1. การเช็คชื่อ จะเช็คชื่อจากงานที่ส่งครู โดยการสั่งงานจะเป็นงานเฉพาะของแต่ละคน หากทำงานไม่ตรงกับข้อที่สั่ง จะไม่ได้รับการตรวจและลงคะแนน
2. การส่งงาน ครูผู้สอนจะแจกใบความรู้ อธิบายและมอบหมายงาน และให้ลงมือทำ เสร็จแล้วส่งตามกำหนดเวลา ครูลงคะแนน แล้วจึงจะมอบหมายงานต่อไป
3. หากนักศึกษาเข้าห้องเรียนสายแล้วครูผู้สอนสั่งงานไปแล้ว ไม่อนุญาติให้นักศึกษาทำงานนั้นส่ง ยกเว้นนักศึกษามีเหตุผลที่ครูผู้สอนยอมรับได้ จึงจะมอบหมายงานที่ผ่านไปแล้วให้ทำ กรณที่ นักศึกษาเข้าห้องเรียนสายโดยไม่มีเหตุผลที่น่าเชื่อถือ แล้วไม่ได้ทำงานที่เพื่อนทำไปแล้ว ให้นักศึกษารอทำงานเรื่องต่อไป เพราะในการเรียนแตละ ใบความรู้ จะประกอบไปด้วย แบบฝึกหัด และ แบบทดสอบ หลายงานเรียงตามลำดับไป
4. ส่งงานในห้องเรียน หรือ ตามกำหนดเวลา ไม่รับงานที่ส่งไม่ตรงตามกำหนด และไม่อนุญาติให้ส่งงานย้อนหลัง ซึ่งครูผู้สอนจะนำไปคิดคะแนนงานทุกงานจะเป็น คะแนนเก็บระหว่างเรียน และเป็นคะแนนจิตพพิสัย ในส่วนของการส่งงาน
5. การลาสามารถทำได้โดยส่งใบลาที่มีการลงชื่อรับรองจากครูที่ปรึกษาหรือครูประจำแผนกวิชาของตนเอง ครูผู้สอนจะบันทึกว่านักศึกษาที่ขอลากิจ หรือ ลา ป่วย แต่หากเป็นใบลาที่ไม่มีการรับรองจากครูที่ปรึกษาหรือครูประจำแผนกวิชาของตนเอง ครูผู้สอนจะไม่รับใบลา และไม่บันทึกให้ นักศึกษาที่ลา มีหน้าที่รับผิดชอบต้องมาติดต่อครูผู้สอน เพื่อที่ขอรับงานนที่ขาดไปทำ และนำมาส่งตามกำหนดโดยจะต้องกระทำทันทีที่กลับมาเรียน และก่อนการเรียนครั้งต่อไป หากไม่เช่นนั้น ถือว่า นักศึกษาไม่ประสงค์จะทำงานในบทเรียนนั้นๆ
6. การสอบกลางถาคและปลายภาค จะจัดสอบตามกำหนดของสถานศึกษา หรือ อาจจะปรับเปลี่ยนได้ตามความเหมาะสม
