ตั้งอยู่ที่ตำบลคูคต ในความดูแลของกรมยุทธศึกษาทหาร กองบัญชาการทหารสูงสุด เป็นทั้งอนุสรณ์สถานเทิดทูนวีรกรรมบรรพบุรุษไทยที่ได้ใช้สติปัญญา ความสามารถตลอดจนเลือดเนื้อและชีวิตเข้าปกป้องผืนพสุธามาตุภูมิแห่งนี้ไว้ และเป็นพิพิธภัณฑ์ที่ให้ความรู้เกี่ยวกับประวัติศาสตร์ชาติไทยตลอดจนเหตุการณ์รบครั้งสำคัญของไทย และสงครามที่กองทัพไทยได้ไปปฏิบัติการรบในต่างประเทศ อาทิ สงครามเวียดนาม สงครามเกาหลี โดยใช้หุ่นจำลองเหตุการณ์ และภาพถ่าย มีห้องจัดแสดงวิวัฒนาการเครื่องแบบเครื่องหมายยศของทหารทุกยุคสมัย ดินจากสมรภูมิรบที่สำคัญ ด้านหน้าอาคารประดิษฐานพระบรมรูปรัชกาลที่ 5 แกะสลักด้วยหินอ่อนขนาดเท่าครึ่งของพระองค์จริง และที่น่าสนใจมากคืออาคารภาพปริทัศน์แสดงภาพจิตรกรรมอันงดงามบนผนังโค้งวงกลม เรื่องราวจากสมัยสุโขทัยถึงปัจจุบันประกอบเสียงคำบรรยาย รวมความยาวโดยรอบถึง 90 เมตร ด้านนอกจัดแสดงวัตถุยุทโธปกรณ์ขนาดใหญ่ที่ปลดประจำการ
