กรณีที่ทำการแก้ไข Discharge Type จาก Discharge type ที่มี indicator เป็น “ Deceased” ไปเป็น Discharge Type อื่น ที่ไม่ได้อยู่ใน Discharge type indicator “Deceased” ระบบจะต้องดำเนินการแก้ไข/ปรับปรุงข้อมูลผู้ป่วยจากเสียชีวิต เป็นผู้ป่วยไม่ได้เสียชีวิต ได้อย่างถูกต้อง
