เพื่อนเป็นคนที่เราไว้ใจได้โดยไม่กลัวว่าจะถูกหักหลังให้กำลังใจเรายามที่ท้อแท้และพึ่งพาได้ในยามที่เราลำบากร่วมแก้ไขปัญหากับเราเคียงข้างเราเสมอ ใส่ใจเราเป็นห่วงแม้ว่าเราอาจลืมเขาไปแล้วก็ตาม เพื่อนคือคนที่ค่อยอยู่เบื้องหลังความสำเร็จของเราพูดแต่สิ่งที่ดีๆแนะนำแต่ทางที่ดีๆให้กับเราไม่โกหกเรารักเราในสิ่งที่เราเป็นอยู่ โดยไม่ได้รักเพราะเงินทองของมีค่าไปไหนมาไหนก็ออกปากชวนเราทุกครั้ง คอยเพิ่มสีสันแบ่งปันรอยยิ้มให้กับเราโดยตลอดเวลา เวลาที่เราทำผิดเพื่อนก็คอยให้อภัยเสมอแม้ความผิดนั้นจะมากมายแค่ไหนก็ตามคอยผลักดันเราสู่ความจริงยามที่เราไม่สบายเพื่อนก็คอยดูแล ซื้อของมาฝากให้กำลังใจกับเราไม่เห็นห่างไม่ทิ้งเราให้เหงาหรืออยู่เดียวดายกับความทุกข์ เพื่อนเป็นผู้เสียสละมีน้ำใจเรียกเรากินข้าวทุกครั้งและเป็นทุกๆอย่างในชีวิตแม้เป็นเวลาไม่นานแต่มันก็เป็นเวลาที่มีค่าและดีที่สุดสำหรับคนคนหนึ่งอย่าง ผมที่มีเพื่อนดีๆอย่างนี้
จะมีใครซื่อสัตย์กับเราเท่าเพื่อนบ้างที่คอยดูแลเอาใจใส่ทุกอย่างดังนั้นเราควรที่จะคอยเอาใจใส่เพื่อนเหมือนที่เพื่อนทำกับเราเช่นกันและอย่าปล่อยให้เพื่อนเหงาโดยเด็ดขาด ยามเพื่อนมีปัญหาก็ช่วยเป็นกำลังใจแนะนำเขาบ้าง การที่เราถูกล่ามโซ่อยู่กับเพื่อนก็ดีกว่าการที่เราไป เดินส่วยส่วยกับคนแปลกหน้าชีวิตของเราบางครั้งเราอาจสูญเสียคนที่รักไปแต่รับรองว่าเราไม่มีวันสูญเสียเพื่อนไปแน่นอน….
