บทคัดย่อ

การออกแบบและสร้างเครื่องสไลด์มันฝรั่งชนิดเกลียวแบบกึ่งอัตโนมัตินี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อความสะดวกในการสไลด์มันฝรั่งและยังใช้เวลาน้อยกว่าการสไลด์มันฝรั่งแบบปกติ อุปกรณ์ที่นำมาใช้คือ ใบมีด เหล็ก มอเตอร์ อุปกรณ์ควบคุมความเร็วรอบ แผ่นอลูมิเนียมนำมาประกอบเป็นเครื่องสไลด์มันฝรั่ง โดยกำหนดวิธีการเป็น เครื่องสไลด์มันฝรั่งชนิดเกลียว และกำหนดตัวแปรต้นคือ เครื่องสไลด์มันฝรั่ง ตัวแปรตามคือ มันฝรั่งที่มีชิ้นที่มีลักษณะเป็นเกลียว ประหยัดเวลา และตัวแปรควบคุมคือ จำนวนชิ้นมันฝรั่ง 2 หัวต่อนาที
เนื่องจากเครื่องสไลด์มันฝรั่งแบบใช้มือหมุนตามท้องตลาดนั้นใช้เวลาการสไลด์มันฝรั่งค่อนข้างใช้เวลาพอสมควร จึงมุ่งเน้นการออกแบบสร้างเครื่องสไลด์มันกึ่งอัตโนมัติเพื่อความรวดเร็วและสะดวกต่อการใช้งานมากยิ่งขึ้น
จากการทดลองพบว่าเครื่องสไลด์มันฝรั่งประหยัดเวลามากกว่าการใช้มีดทั่วไปมาสไลด์แบบปกติและยังได้ชิ้นมันฝรั่งชนิดเกลียวที่สวยงาม
