การศึกษาเรื่อง ทักษะการบริหารตามบทบาทผู้นำของมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลตะวันออกสู่ประชาคมอาเซียน มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาทักษะการบริหารตามบทบาทผู้นำของมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลตะวันออกสู่ประชาคมอาเซียน โดยทำการศึกษากลุ่มตัวอย่างที่เป็นคณะกรรมการบริหารมหาวิทยาลัยฯ และคณะกรรมการสภามหาวิทยาลัยฯ จำนวน 49 คน ซึ่งเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือแบบสอบถามที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้น สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลคือ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การจัดลำดับ การทดสอบ t-test และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-way analysis of variance-One-way ANOVA)
