ปัจจุบันคนส่วนมากไม่มีรายได้พิเศษทำจึงไปทำงานในกรุงเทพจากบ้านจากครอบครัวมา จึงสรรหางานที่ทำอยู่บ้านและสบายขึ้นมาเพื่อให้มีรายได้หาเลี้ยงครอบครัววันละนิด จึงทำกล้วยฉาบขึ้นมา
ช่วงนี้ประเทศไทยเกือบทุกภาค จะมีฝนฟ้าตกกระจายทั่วไป ผลผลิตกล้วยนานาชนิดให้ผลมากมาย บางครั้งรับประทานสุกไม่ทัน ขอแนะนำให้ท่านผู้สนใจทดลองแปรรูปกล้วยแบบง่ายๆ ตามที่ภูมิปัญญาไทยได้ตกทอดมาให้จนถึงรุ่นลูกหลานในปัจจุบัน ทำง่ายๆ หากทำคล่องดีแล้ว ก็สามารถผลิตเป็นอาชีพเสริมรายได้ เป็นอย่างดีน่ะลองดูสิ..

วิธีดำเนินการหรือขั้นตอนประฏิบัติ

• เทน้ำมันออกจากกระทำให้หมด ตั้งไฟเบาๆ (อย่าแรงเหมือนตอนทอดกล้วย) ใส่น้ำตาล น้ำ และเกลือ ลงในกระทะนั้น ต้มจนน้ำตาลละลาย และเคี่ยวต่ออีกครู่ จนน้ำตาลเหนียวเป็นเส้น เมื่อใช้ปลายมีดจุ่มลงในน้ำเชื่อม แล้วยกมีดขึ้น น้ำเชื่อมจะยืดตามมีดเป็นเส้น

• ใส่กล้วยที่ทอดไว้ ลงในกระทะน้ำเชื่อมทันทีที่ยกลงจากเตา เคล้าเบา ๆ ให้น้ำเชื่อมจับชิ้นกล้วยให้ทั่วถึง
