ถ้าผู้ให้เช่าประสงค์จะขายโอนกรรมสิทธิ์ในทรัพย์สินที่เช่าตามสัญญานี้ ผู้ให้เช่าต้องแจ้งให้ผู้เช่าทราบล่วงหน้าก่อนอย่างน้อย 60 (หกสิบ) วัน
