อยู่ในเขตเทศบาลเมืองอุดรธานี หนองประจักษ์เป็นหนองน้ำขนาดใหญ่ มีมาตั้งแต่ก่อนตั้งเมืองอุดรธานี เดิมเรียกว่า"หนองนาเกลือ" ต่อมาได้เปลี่ยนชื่อเป็น "หนองประจักษ์" โดยบริเวณตัวเกาะกลางน้ำได้จัดทำสวนหย่อมปลูกไม้ดอกไม้ประดับหลายชนิด และทำสะพานเชื่อมระหว่างเกาะมีน้ำพุ หอนาฬิกา และสวนเด็กเล่น แต่ละวันจะมีประชาชนเข้าไปพักผ่อนและออกกำลังกายกันเป็นจำนวนมาก
