The resistance effect of sodium silicate solution on sodium silicate was studied in this study. Stress corrosion cracking on the surface of welds is caused by hydrogen penetrating into microcracks. The coating effect of sodium silicate uses a hardener, curing method, coating thickness and baking temperature. Taguchi analysis is used to determine the best parameters and then effectively improve the corrosion resistance of the welding area. The corrosion resistance of magnesium oxide as a group increased to 200% when magnesium oxide was added as a group compared to the group added to the sodium silicate. For hardeners, the penetration depth of the test group with talcum powder was also increased to 20%. Adding the entanglement of carbon fiber to the outside of the hydrogen storage bottle can enhance the tensile strength and welding strength of the bottle body, while carbon fiber can improve impact resistance, and future use in electric vehicle systems can reduce the risk of explosion after collision.
