ปัจจุบันโรงเรียนนานาชาติในประเทศไทยมีจำนวนเพิ่มขึ้นอย่างรวดเร็วตามความต้องการ ผู้ปกครองต้องการส่งบุตรหลานเข้าเรียนในโรงเรียนนานาชาติด้วยความคาดหวังต่อระบบการศึกษาที่ดีของโรงเรียน วัตถุประสงค์ของงานวิจัยในครั้งนี้เพื่อศึกษาถึงระดับความคาดหวังของผู้ปกครองและการจัดลำดับของความคาดหวังของผู้ปกครองต่อการบริหารจัดการของโรงเรียนอนุบาลนานาชาติมัลเบอร์รี่เฮ้าส์ โดยมีปัจจัยในการบริหารงานสี่ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านการบริหารวิชาการ ด้านกิจกรรมเด็ก ด้านงานบุคคล และด้านงานบริหารงานทั่วไป เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้คือแบบสอบถาม กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ ผู้ปกครองโรงเรียนอนุบาลนานาชาติมัณเบอร์รี่เฮ้าส์จำนวนสิบสี่คน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ความคาดหวังของผู้ปกครองต่อการบริหารจัดการภายในโรงเรียนอนุบาลนานาชาติมัลเบอร์รี่เฮ้าส์ทั้ง 4 ด้าน อยู่ในระดับสูง การศึกษางานวิจัยพบว่าพบว่าการบริหารจัดการในโรงเรียนมีผู้ปกครองให้ความสำคัญมากที่สุด คือ ด้านการบริหารวิชาการลองลงมาคือ ด้านบุคคล ด้านบริหารงานทั่วไป และด้านกิจกรรมเด็ก ตามลำดับ เพื่อศึกษาความเป็นมาทั้ง 4 ด้าน พบว่าผู้ปกครองคาดหวังในด้านการบริหารด้านวิชาการอยู่ในระดับสูงที่สุดซึ่งจำนวนเด็กนักเรียนที่เหมาะสมกับขนาด ของห้องเรียนและหลักสูตรของโรงเรียนที่เน้นการสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษด้านการบริหารงานทั่วไปอยู่ในระดับสูงที่สุดได้แก่การจัดสภาพสิ่งแวดล้อมภายในโรงเรียน เช่น ด้านความสะอาดและการจัดการ สำหรับกิจกรรมการเรียน ด้านงานบุคคลอยู่ในระดับสูงสุดได้แก่โรงเรียนจัดครูสอนเป็นชาวต่างชาติ งานกิจกรรมเด็กในอยู่ในระดับสูงได้แก่กิกรรมเสริมพิเศษเพิ่มทักษะการเรียนรู้ของเด็กนักเรียนและ
