ข้อ 5. เงินประกัน
ผู้เช่าตกลงวางเงินประกันไว้ให้แก่ผู้ให้เช่าในวันทำสัญญานี้ เป็นเงิน 22,500 บาท

เงินประกันดังกล่าวเป็นเงินประกันความรับผิดตามสัญญาของผู้เช่า ซึ่งผู้ให้เช่าจะคืนให้แก่ผู้เช่าในวันที่ผู้เช่าได้

ย้ายบริวารและทรัพย์สินออกจากสถานที่เช่าเรียบร้อยแล้วหลักจากสิ้นสุดสัญญาเช่า และไม่ติดค้างชำระค่าเช่า

ข้อ 6. ภาษีโรงเรือน
ผู้เช่าตกลงชำระภาษีโรงเรียนแทนผู้ให้เช่าตามจำนวนที่เจ้าพนักงานประเมินเรียกเก็บตลอดอายุการเช่า
ข้อ 7. ค่าน้ำประปา ค่าไฟฟ้า ค่าส่วนกลาง
