โครงการนี้ทำขึ้นเพื่อศึกษาการลดอุณหภูมิโดยใช้หลักการระเหยน้ำ จึงได้สร้างห้องทดลองขึ้นเพื่อศึกษาหลักการดังกล่าวและแบ่งออกเป็นสามกรณีคือ การลดอุณหภูมิโดยใช้หลักการระเหยน้ำที่ผนังด้านบน การลดอุณหภูมิโดยใช้หลักการระเหยน้ำที่ผนังด้านข้างทั้งสี่ด้านและการลดอุณหภูมิโดยใช้หลักการระเหยน้ำที่ผนังทุกด้านรวมทั้งผนังด้านบน จากการทดลองนั้นสามารถลดอุณหภูมิในห้องทดลองได้เฉลี่ยประมาณ 4.8 oC ในช่วงกลางวันและสามารถลดอุณหภูมิได้สูงสุด 8 oC จากการศึกษาพบว่าการลดอุณหภูมิแบบผนังสี่ด้านสามารถลดอุณหภูมิได้สูงที่สุดแต่ค่าความชื้นสัมพัทธ์ก็จะสูงขึ้นด้วย
