ข้อ 1 วัตถุประสงค์
คู่สัญญาตกลงเข้าหุ้นกันโดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อดำเนินการ รับซื้อเศษยางพาราเพื่อแปรรูปเป็นแผ่นยาง ( ยางเครป) ออกจำหน่าย จากการประกอบการดังกล่าวมาแบ่งปันผลกำไรขาดทุนกันเป็นระยะเวลา 5 ปี ตั้งแต่ วันที่ 1 ธันวาคม 2557 โดยใช้ชื่อสถานประกอบการว่า "บุญเฮงเครป"

ข้อ 2 การลงทุน

คู่สัญญาตกลงเข้าหุ้นส่วนกัน 50,000,000 บาท ( ห้าสิบล้านบาทถ้วน) โดย
- แบ่งเป็นอาคารโรงงานเครื่องจักรเป็นจำนวนเงิน 30,000,000 บาท ( สามสิบล้านบาทถ้วน)
-ค่าซื้อวัตถุดิบเป็นจำนวนเงิน 20,000,000 บาท ( ยี่สิบล้านบาทถ้วน)

2.1 หุ้นส่วนที่1 ลงทุน 34 %
2.2 หุ้นส่วนที่2 ลงทุน 33 %
2.3 หุ้นส่วนที่3 ลงทุน 33 %

หมายเหตุ หุ้นส่วนที่ 3 ได้ลงทุนด้วยเงินสดจำนวน 17,000,000 บาท ( สิบเจ็ดล้านบาทถ้วน) โดยได้ชำระในวันที่............ เดือนธันวาคม พฺศฺ 2557 โดยผ่านบัญชีธนาคารกสิกรไทย ชื่อบัญชี นางพรพรรณ ศรีสุข หมายเลขบัญชี 3372103999
