บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษาวิจัยเรื่อง ความคิดเห็นของพนักงานและข้าราชการกรมสอบสวนคดีพิเศษต่อภาวะผู้นำของอธิบดีกรมสอบสวนคดีพิเศษ เพื่อนำไปศึกษาต่อไป โดยจำแนกตามปัจจัยพื้นฐานส่วนบุคคล กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย มีจำนวน 210 คน และเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามวิเคราะห์และประมวลผลทางสถิติด้วยเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์โดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปสำหรับการวิเคราะห์ ค่าสถิติที่ใช้การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบที (t-test) และการทดสอบเอฟ (F-test) และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนแบบทางเดียว (One-Way ANOVA) ผลการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลทั่วไปของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถาม ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถาม พบว่าส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศชาย จำนวน 112 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ53.33 มีอายุ 20-40 ปี จำนวน 132 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 62.86 มีสถานะภาพแต่งงานแล้ว 101 คนคิดเป็นร้อยละ 48.10 มีวุฒิการศึกษาในระดับปริญาตรี 133 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 63.33
