5.2.4 QMR, FST และผู้จัดการแผนกประกันคุณภาพ หรือผู้ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย จะทำการตรวจติดตามผลของการปฏิบัติการแก้ไขและป้องกันการเกิดซ้ำจากวันที่กำหนดให้มีการแก้ไขจนถึงกำหนดวันที่เสร็จสิ้น
5.2.4.1 ในกรณีที่ผลการปฏิบัติการแก้ไข เป็นที่ยอมรับ QMR, FST และผู้จัดการแผนกประกันคุณภาพ หรือผู้ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย จะลงชื่อรับรอง โดยถือว่า CAR นั้นถูกปิด และส่งต่อไปยัง QMR หรือผู้ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย เพื่อลงบันทึกใน Corrective Action Request Log (F-QA08-02) เพื่อแสดงสถานะของ CAR
5.2.4.2 ในกรณีที่ผลการปฏิบัติการแก้ไขไม่เป็นที่ยอมรับ QMR, FST และผู้จัดการแผนกประกันคุณภาพ หรือผู้ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย สามารถที่จะปิด CAR นั้น และออก CAR ฉบับใหม่ เพื่อให้ทำการแก้ไขต่อไป ตามขั้นตอนการดำเนินงานข้อ 5.2.1- ข้อ 5.2.4
5.1 QMR หรือผู้ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย จะทำการสรุปสถานะของ CAR และรวบรวมข้อมูลต่างๆ ใน CAR ที่เป็นประเด็นปัญหาอยู่ เสนอต่อที่ประชุม Quality Meeting ในการทบทวนโดยฝ่ายบริหาร เพื่อร่วมกันวิเคราะห์ถึงวิธีขจัดปัญหาของ CAR ที่ยังค้างอยู่ และประเมินประสิทธิผลของการแก้ไขปัญหาและการป้องกันการเกิดซ้ำ
