บทคัดย่อ
งานวิจัยการศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลให้ผู้รับเหมาทิ้งงาน มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อหาสาเหตุที่ส่งผลให้ผู้รับเหมาย่อยทิ้งงานก่อนงานเสร็จสิ้น โดยการศึกษางานวิจัยได้ทำการแบ่งปัญหาที่ผู้รับเหมาไม่สามารถทำงานต่อได้ออกเป็น 4 ปัญหา ได้แก่ 1.ปัญหาด้านคน 2.ปัญหาด้านการเงิน 3. ปัญหาด้านการบริหาร 4. ปัญหาด้านวัสดุ และ5. ปัญหาด้านอื่นๆโดยเก็บข้อมูลเพื่อทำงานวิจัยในกลุ่มคน 2 กลุ่ม คือผู้รับเหมาหลักและผู้รับเหมาย่อย สาเหตุของปัญหาจะถูกนำมาวิเคราะห์และจัดลำดับความสำคัญของสาเหตุ จากดัชนีความรุนแรงจากนั้นทำการหาสาเหตุที่มีผลทำให้เกิดการทิ้งงานของผู้รับเหมาย่อย เพื่อนำไปหาแนวทางป้องกันแก้ไข ผลสรุปที่ได้จากการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลในมุมมองของผู้รับเหมาหลักและผู้รับเหมาย่อยมีความเห็นตรงกันใน 8 สาเหตุคือ ผู้รับเหมาหลักจ่ายเงินให้ผู้รับเหมาย่อยไม่ตรงตามเวลา ผู้รับเหมาย่อยขาดแคลนแรงงาน ผู้รับเหมาหลักตัดราคาผู้รับเหมาย่อยเมื่อทำงานเสร็จ ค่าแรงคนงานของผู้รับเหมาย่อยราคาสูงขึ้น ผู้รับเหมาย่อยรับงานหลายแห่งจึงทำให้หมุนเงินไม่ทัน ผู้รับเหมาย่อยทำงานผิดพลาดจึงต้องแก้ไขงานบ่อยจนเกินไป ผู้รับเหมาย่อยได้รับวัสดุที่ใช้ในงานก่อสร้างล้าช้าและผู้รับเหมาหลักมีผู้คุมงานไม่พอกับปริมาณงานที่รับก่อสร้าง
