บทคัดย่อ

ปริญญานิพนธ์ระบบจัดทำใบเบิกค่าสอน ใบสอนแทน/สอนชดเชย นี้ได้จัดทำขึ้นมา โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกในการจัดทำใบเบิกค่าสอน ใบสอนแทน/สอนชดเชย ให้กับอาจารย์ในคณะวิศวกรรมศาสตร์และสถาปัตยกรรมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลอีสาน โดยแบ่งการเข้าใช้งานออกเป็น 3 กลุ่ม ได้แก่ ผู้ดูแลระบบ อาจารย์ และเจ้าหน้าที่ประจำสาขา และมีการแบ่งการทำงานภายในเป็นระบบย่อย 4 ระบบ ได้แก่ การจัดการข้อมูลส่วนตัว การจัดทำใบเบิกค่าสอน การจัดทำใบสอนแทน และการจัดทำใบสอนชดเชย
ผู้จัดทำปริญญานิพนธ์นี้ได้เลือกใช้ซอฟต์แวร์จัดการฐานข้อมูลมายเอสคิวแอล (MySQL) ใช้ในการจัดการฐานข้อมูล ใช้ภาษาพีเอสพี (PHP) และภาษาจาวาสคริปต์ (Java Script) ในการพัฒนาระบบ ใช้เทคโนโลยีเจคิวรี (jQuery) และซีเอสเอส (CSS) ในการตกแต่งหน้าเว็บ
เพจให้แก่เว็บแอพพลิเคชัน และใช้แอพเซิร์ฟ (Appserve) เป็นเว็บเซิร์ฟเวอร์ (Web server) เมื่อจัดทำระบบที่สามารถใช้งานได้จริงแล้วทางผู้จัดทำได้ทำการสำรวจความพึงพอใจและทดสอบระบบจากผู้ใช้งานจริง จากบุคลากรในคณะวิศวกรรมศาสตร์และสถาปัตยกรรมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลอีสาน
โดยสำรวจจากตัวแทนผู้เข้าร่วมทดสอบ 12 สาขา จากการสำรวจความพึงพอใจอยู่ในเกณฑ์ดี และการทดสอบระบบสามารถใช้งานได้ 95.81% ซึ่งถือว่าใช้งานได้จริง
