ถึง พนักงานบริษัทฯทุกท่าน

ตามที่บริษัทฯ ได้จัดสวัสดิการช่วยเหลือค่าฌาปนกิจศพครอบครัวพนักงาน ตามระเบียบข้อบังคับบริษัทฯหมวดที่ 8 ข้อ 8.4 นั้น
บริษัทฯได้ขยายความช่วยเหลือค่าฌาปนกิจศพญาติของพนักงานเพิ่มเติม จำนวน 1,000.-บาท (หนึ่งพันบาทถ้วน) ให้กับญาติพนักงานดังต่อไปนี้
1.พี่ชาย หรือ น้องชาย พนักงาน
2.พี่สาว หรือ น้องสาว พนักงาน

ทั้งนี้ให้มีผลบังคับตั้งแต่วันที่ 12 กุมภาพันธ์ 2557
