การศึกษาครั้งนี้ได้นำข้อมูลจากภาพถ่ายทางอากาศมาประยุกต์ร่วมกับระบบสารสนเทศทางภูมิศาสตร์ และทฤษฎีจากสมการถดถอย ( Regression ) เพื่อศึกษารูปแบบและแนวโน้มการใช้ประโยชน์ที่ดิน การเปลี่ยนแปลงการใช้ประโยชน์ที่ดิน ปี 2547 – 2557 และคาดการณ์แนวโน้มการใช้ประโยชน์ที่ดินในอีก 10 ปีข้างหน้า คือ ปี 2567 ด้วยสมการถดถอย

The study brings data from aerial photographs and in conjunction with the application of geographic information system. And the theory of regression equations (Regression) to study the pattern and trend of land utilization. Land utilization changes the year 2547 (2004) – 2557 (2014) and utilization trend projected to land in another 10 years ahead is a regression equation with 2567 (2024) year.
