การเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ผู้วิจัยได้จัดทำเป็น 2 ขั้นตอนดังนี้
1. ทำหนังสือขอความร่วมมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจาก มหาวิทยาลัยถึงผู้บริหารโรงเรียนเพื่อขอความร่วมมือไปยังผู้ปฏิบัติงานในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาแม่ฮ่องสอน เขต 1 ที่เป็นกลุ่มตัวอย่างในการตอบแบบสอบถาม ระหว่างวันที่ 15 - 30 มีนาคม 2557
