2.จะต้องอนุรักษ์วัฒนธรรมและประเพณีของไทยให้มีการสืบสารต่อไป
3.จะต้องมีการเสริมสร้างกิจกรรมต่างๆภายในชุมชน
4.จะต้องให้ชุมชนและประชาชนได้มีความเข้าใจในงานพัฒนาในด้านต่างๆได้ถูกต้อง
5.จะต้องสร้างฐานความคิดให้เกิดการพัฒนาชุมชนในการใช้เครื่องมือต่างๆเป็นเครื่องมือในการทำงาน
6.จะต้องสร้างประโยชน์สูงสุดต่อชุมชน, ประชาชนให้รู้ทันข้อมูลข่าวสารของทางราชการและองค์กรพร้อมด้วยภาคีอื่นๆอย่างละเอียดโดยตรง
7.จะต้องสร้างความมั่นคงและความเข้มแข็งของชุมชนในการใช้สื่อต่างๆสร้างกิจกรรมภายในชุมชน
