อยู่ที่วัดพระธาตุดุม บ้านธาตุดุม ตำบลงิ้วดอน ถนนสาย รพช. ทางไปโรงเรียนพัฒนาศึกษา ห่างจากตัวจังหวัดประมาณ 5 กิโลเมตร มีปรางค์องค์เดียวสร้างด้วยศิลาแลงสมัยเดียวกับพระธาตุนารายณ์เจงเวง แต่องค์ปราสาทเล็กกว่ามีเพียงยอดเดียวไม่มีฐานรองรับ พบทับหลังทั้ง 4 ด้าน ด้านทิศเหนือเป็นภาพนารายณ์บรรทมสินธุ์ นอกจากนี้ยังมีภาพเทวดาทรงพาหนะเหนือหน้ากาลประกอบด้วยสัตว์ต่าง ๆ เช่น ช้าง สิงห์ และลายใบไม้ม้วน การกำหนดอายุประมาณพุทธศตวรรษที่ 16-17 ศิลปะเขมรแบบบาปวน
