กลุ่มของพวกเรา ได้ทำการศึกษาค้นคว้าเกี่ยวกับการรีไซเคิลกระดาษและการประดิษฐ์ของใช้ จนได้มาเป็นวิธีการที่นำภูมิปัญญาการทำกระดาษแบบไทย ที่เรียกว่า “กระดาษสา” เพิ่มสีและกลิ่นจากพืชพรรณในธรรมชาติ และการประดิษฐ์ของใช้แบบทำมือมาผสานเข้าด้วย โดยวัตถุดิบที่ใช้จะเป็นสิ่งที่มีทั่วไปในชีวิตประจำวัน
ซึ่งโครงงานการประดิษฐ์ “ของใช้จากกระดาษวัชพืช” นั้นทำให้กลุ่มของพวกเราได้เรียนรู้วิธีการใช้ทรัพยากรอย่างคุ้มค่า พร้อมทั้งทำให้กลุ่มของพวกเราได้นำภูมิปัญญาของไทยมาดัดแปลงต่อยอดทำให้เกิดประโยชน์อย่างยิ่งในชีวิตประจำวัน
ประโยชน์ของโครงงานชิ้นนี้ นอกจากจะช่วยอนุรักษ์ และใช้ทรัพยากรอย่างคุ้มค่า แล้วยังเป็นการสืบทอดภูมิปัญญาของบรรพบุรุตไทย สร้างอาชีพสร้างรายได้แก่บุคคลที่สนใจ และสร้างเสริมคุณธรรมจริยธรรมในหลายๆด้าน แก่บุคคลผู้กระทำ เช่น ด้านการรู้จักประหยัดอดออมใช้สิ่งของอย่างรู้คุณค่า ด้านการใฝ่เรียนรู้ และด้านการมีความอดทนให้กับตนเอง เป็นต้น
