In fact payments could be as low as 0% or as high as 200% of target based on the degree by which business metrics have been achieved or not achieved.Employee Individual Performance Bonus (IPB) Your 2015 Target Bonus Amount : THB 40,578.-(amount at Achiever performance) Target Bonus Amounts are consistent across Salary Grade Level in the organization. The above amount is the target at Achiever level of performance for your specific Salary Grade. It will not change unless your Leadership Level/Salary Grade changes prior to 31st December 2015. In case your Leadership Level/Salary Grade is changed during the calendar year the target bonus award will be pro-rated based on the number of months worked at each Leadership level/Salary Grade. Both Company Business Performance Bonus and Employee Individual Performance Bonus will be paid in March 2016. Employees must retain employment status on the day the bonus is paid. Employees who were hired on or before 31st December 2015 are eligible for pro-rated 2015 GSR/LL6 local bonus awards based on their months of service during the performance year 2015.For transferring employees across location/entity e.g. Ford-BKK, FTM and AAT.
