We would like to inform you regarding price quotation as following :

1. We set price [Previous Price] on our quotation refer to Furukawa Ex. Work Price, which is up-dated quarterly, depend on raw material or any special adjustment.

In this case, we might don’t follow the previous price on the your last quotation.

2. Refer to communication between our Japanese with Furukawa, there were ‘cooperation price’ by which mean ‘discount price’ we had adjusted on our quotation due to increase volume order, detail as per attached file [History Price]

3. Total cooperation was US$ 20 for each product (currently running product are AVS & AVSS)

4. We have set total cooperation (US$ 20) both for Furukawa & Thai Summit even though not applied on the same period

5. Due to above matter, please ignore file [Thai Summit. PQ 2nd QT 2016 (R1)] and refer to original version

6. All transaction (PO received & delivered) on April shall follow to [Thai Summit. PQ 2nd QT 2016] Original version because all PO already shipped.
