The cover concept will need to convey the need for a balance between Trade Interest and Human Rights. It could for example use symbols.

E.g 1. a balance (scale) with on one side a container ship and on the other a group of people (man, women, child, disabled) with the symbol of Human rights above them.

They can provide other options.
