การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความสามารถทางการพูดนำเสนอและความวิตกกังวลในการพูดนำเสนอเป็นภาษาอังกฤษของนักศึกษา ก่อนและหลัง ได้รับการสอนโดยใช้ กระบวนการกลุ่มร่วมกับการให้ข้อมูลย้อนกลับของเพื่อนร่วมชั้น
