บทคัดย่อ

การศึกษาเรื่อง ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่าง ความสามารถในการเผชิญและฟันฝ่าอุปสรรค และคุณภาพชีวิตของแรงงานหญิงที่มีบุตร กรณีศึกษา : แรงงานในธุรกิจค้าปลีก เขตกรุงเทพมหานคร โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความสามารถในการเผชิญและฟันฝ่าอุปสรรค และคุณภาพชีวิตของแรงงานหญิงที่มีบุตร
กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ คือ แรงงานหญิงที่มีบุตรที่ปฏิบัติงานประจำสำนักงานใหญ่ ในธุรกิจค้าปลีก (ห้างสรรพสินค้าเซ็นทรัล) เขตกรุงเทพมหานคร โดยมีประชากรหญิงจำนวน 357 คน (กันยายน 2558 ) ศึกษาโดยการเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง (Purposive Sample) และใช้กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่สมัครใจที่จะตอบแบบสอบถามซึ่งได้รับแบบสอบถามที่สมบูรณ์กลับคืนมา 65 ชุด ผู้ศึกษาจึงนำข้อมูลมาวิเคราะห์ตามวัตถุประสงค์ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า
ความสามารถในการเผชิญและฟันฝ่าอุปสรรค มีความสัมพันธ์กับคุณภาพชีวิตของแรงงานหญิงที่มีบุตร ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p< 0.001) และมีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ในระดับปานกลาง r= 0.554
เมื่อวิเคราะห์ในแต่ละด้านพบว่า ความสามารถในการเผชิญและฟันฝ่าอุปสรรคมีความสัมพันธ์กับคุณภาพชีวิตของแรงงานหญิงในด้านจิตในระดับค่อนข้างสูงอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ (p< 0.001) โดยมีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์เท่ากับ 0.676 และความสามารถในการเผชิญและฟันฝ่าอุปสรรคมีความสัมพันธ์กับคุณภาพชีวิตของแรงงานหญิงในด้านความสัมพันธ์ทางสังคมอยู่ในระดับปานกลางอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ (p< 0.001) โดยมีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์เท่ากับ 0.441 และสุดท้าย ความสามารถในการเผชิญและฟันฝ่าอุปสรรคมีความสัมพันธ์กับคุณภาพชีวิตของแรงงานหญิงในด้านร่างกายและด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมในระดับค่อนข้างต่ำอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ (p< 0.01) โดยมีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์เท่ากับ 0.364 และ 0.342 ตามลำดับ
การศึกษาครั้งนี้นำไปใช้เพื่อพัฒนาและส่งเสริมสนับสนุนความสามารถในการเผชิญและฟันฝ่าอุปสรรค และคุณภาพชีวิต รวมถึงสามารถนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ในการสรรหาและคัดเลือกบุคลากรที่มีความเหมาะสมกับองค์การ ซึ่งจะส่งผลให้องค์การประสบความสำเร็จได้ตามเป้าหมายอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและประสิทธิผลมากขึ้น
