อาณาจักรรัตนโกสินทร์

ราชอาณาจักรรัตนโกสินทร์ เป็นราชอาณาจักรที่สี่ในยุคประวัติศาสตร์ของไทย เริ่มตั้งแต่การย้ายเมืองหลวงจากฝั่งกรุงธนบุรี มายังกรุงเทพมหานคร ซึ่งตั้งอยู่ทางตะวันออกของแม่น้ำเจ้าพระยา พระบาทสมเด็จพระพุทธยอดฟ้าจุฬาโลก ปฐมกษัตริย์แห่งราชวงศ์จักรี เสด็จขึ้นครองราชสมบัติ เมื่อวันที่ 6 เมษายน พ.ศ. 2325
