ผู้รับจ้างตกลงจัดหาวัสดุ อุปกรณ์ เครื่องมือ และ/หรือเครื่องจักร ชนิดดี มีคุณภาพ มีประสิทธิภาพ และมีปริมาณเพียงพอด้วยค่าใช้จ่ายของผู้รับจ้างเองเพื่อให้งานที่ว่าจ้างแล้วเสร็จภายในกำหนดเวลาแล้วเสร็จของงานตามสัญญาฉบับนี้ ในกรณีที่วัสดุหรืออุปกรณ์ใดไม่อาจหาซื้อได้ในท้องตลาด ผู้รับจ้างตกลงจัดหาวัสดุหรืออุปกรณ์อื่นที่มีคุณภาพเทียบเท่าหรือดีกว่าที่กำหนดในแบบรูปและรายการละเอียดรวมทั้งเอกสารแนบท้ายสัญญาฉบับนี้โดยได้รับความยินยอมเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษรจากผู้ว่าจ้าง
