การศึกษาการวิเคราะห์การเข้าถึงบริการรถพยาบาลฉุกเฉินของมูลนิธิรวมใจ อาสาสมัครป้องกันภัยฝ่ายผลเรือน (อปพร.) จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ มีวัตถุประสงค์ในการศึกษา คือ 1.เพื่อศึกษารูปแบบการกระจายตัวและพื้นที่วิกฤตของอุบัติเหตุและโรคสุขภาพฉุกเฉินของมูลนิธิรวมใจ อปพร. เชียงใหม่ 2.เพื่อวิเคราะห์โครงข่ายการเข้าถึงเพื่อหาเส้นทางที่เหมาะสมของรถพยาบาลฉุกเฉินของมูลนิธิรวมใจ อปพร. เชียงใหม่ จากพื้นที่วิกฤติไปยังโรงพยาบาลมหาราช ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ได้ใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์ผู้ปฏิบัติการ (FR) และเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลการเกิดอุบัติเหตุ และข้อมูลการเกิดโรคสุขภาพและได้นำเข้าข้อมูลสู่ระบบสารสนเทศภูมิศาสตร์ เพื่อทำการวิเคราะห์รูปแบบการกระจาย วิเคราะห์หาพื้นที่วิกฤต และข้อมูลโครงข่ายถนนทั้งข้อมูลพื้นที่ ข้อมูลเชิงบรรยาย เพื่อพัฒนาระบบข้อมูลโครงข่ายถนนในระบบสารสนเทศภูมิศาสตร์ เพื่อวิเคราะห์โคงข่ายยการเข้าถึงพื้นที่วิกฤติของรถพยาบาลฉุกเฉินของมูลนิธิรวมใจ อปพร. เชียงใหม่
