การศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค

การศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ดังนี้ เพื่อศึกษาบทบาทสมัชชาหมู่บ้าน /ชุมชนแผ่นดินเอาชนะยาเสพติดชุมชนบ้านนอกท่า หมู่ที่ 1 ตำบลพรหมโลก อำเภอพรหมคีรี จังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการดำเนินงานตามบทบาทสมัชชาหมู่บ้าน/ ชุมชนแผ่นดินเอาชนะยาเสพติดชุมชนบ้านนอกท่า หมู่ที่ 1 ตำบลพรหมโลก อำเภอพรหมคีรี จังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราชการศึกษาครั้งนี้คือ บุคลากรชุมชนบ้านนอกท่า หมู่ที่ 1 ตำบลพรหมโลก อำเภอพรหมคีรี จังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราชจำนวน 20คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ เพื่อใช้เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลที่ผู้วิจัยได้สร้างขึ้นจากการสัมภาษณ์ ผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องเป็นการสอบถามเกี่ยวกับวิธีการจัดตั้งสมัชชาหมู่บ้าน /ชุมชนแผ่นดินเอาชนะยาเสพติดชุมชน
การศึกษาพบว่า บทบาทสมัชชาหมู่บ้าน /ชุมชนแผ่นดินเอาชนะยาเสพติดชุมชนบ้านนอกท่า หมู่ที่ 1 ตำบลพรหมโลก อำเภอพรหมคีรี จังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราชในหมู่บ้านต้องสร้างความรู้ความเข้าใจเรื่องยาเสพติดและโทษที่เกิดจากยาเสพติด จัดเวทีประชาคมขึ้นเพื่อให้คนในชุมชนได้ร่วมกันวิเคราะห์ปัญหา สาเหตุและผลกระทบที่เกิดขึ้นจากปัญหายาเสพติด และเชื่อมโยงหลายๆองค์กร ร่วมมือกันทำงาน ร่วมวางแผน ร่วมวางเป้าหมาย ร่วมจัดการ และร่วมทุนสนับสนุนการพัฒนาศักยภาพของแกนนำชุมชุนโดย การจัดส่งไปอบรมและศึกษาดูงานตามสถานที่ในเรื่องเกี่ยวกับยาเสพติดควรสร้างความเข้มแข็งในครอบครัว โดยส่งเสริมครอบครัวให้มีกิจกรรม/ระบบป้องกันให้ คำแนะนำและประคับประคองดูแลช่วยเหลือเปลี่ยนพฤติกรรมเด็กและเยาวชนและประสานงานกับตำรวจเพิ่มความเข้มข้นในการตรวจตรา ควบคุม และดูแลปัญหายาเสพติด
