ตั้งอยู่ในบริเวณวัดพระปรางค์สีดา ตำบลสีดา จากตัวเมืองใช้ทางหลวงหมายเลข 2 ถึงบริเวณสี่แยกสีดาเลี้ยวขวาไปตามทางหลวงหมายเลข 202 มีลักษณะคล้ายปรางค์กู่ที่ตำบลดอนตะหนิน แต่ปรางค์สีดาปิดทึบทั้งสี่ด้าน เป็นโบราณสถานในศาสนาพราหมณ์ ศิลปะแบบเขมรโบราณ ก่อด้วยดิฐและศิลาแลงประดับปูนปั้นจำนวน 1 หลัง มีคูน้ำล้อมรอบ สันนิษฐานว่าเป็นปราสาทสมัยขอมราวพุทธศตวรรษที่ 16 - 18 ปัจจุบันอยู่ในบริเวณวัดพระปรางค์สีดา ขึ้นทะเบียนเป็นแหล่งโบราณสถานเมื่อวันที่ 27 กันยายน พ.ศ. 2479
