การศึกษาเรื่อง ปัญหา อุปสรรคและความต้องการในการจัดทำบัญชีของวิสาหกิจชุมชนในจังหวัดนครราชสีมา มีวัตถุประสงค์การวิจัยเพื่อศึกษาสภาพการจัดทำบัญชีของวิสาหกิจชุมชนในจังหวัดนครราชสีมา และเพื่อศึกษาปัญหา อุปสรรคและความต้องการในการจัดทำบัญชีของวิสาหกิจชุมชนในจังหวัดนครราชสีมา การเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ วิสาหกิจชุมชนในพื้นที่จังหวัดนครราชสีมา มีจำนวน 341 ตัวอย่าง ศึกษาในช่วงเดือนพฤษภาคม พ.ศ.2556 – พ.ศ.2557 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปทางสถิติ ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่า t-test และค่า F-test ผลการวิจัย พบว่า
1) ปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการจัดทำบัญชี มีปัญหา 4 ด้าน คือ ด้านความรู้ความสามารถของผู้จัดทำบัญชี ด้านเอกสารและวิธีการทางบัญชี ด้านความร่วมมือและประสานงาน และด้านเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการปฏิบัติงาน ภาพรวมของปัญหาและและอุปสรรคอยู่ในระดับความรุนแรงปานกลาง แก้ไขเมื่อมีโอกาส เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ประเด็นปัญหาด้านความร่วมมือและประสานงาน เป็นอันดับแรก รองลงมาได้แก่ ประเด็นปัญหาด้านเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการปฏิบัติงาน ประเด็นปัญหาด้านเอกสารและวิธีการทางการบัญชี และประเด็นปัญหาด้านความรู้ความสามารถ ตามลำดับ
2) ความต้องการในการพัฒนาบุคลากรทางการบัญชีของวิสาหกิจชุมชน มีความต้อง การ 3 ด้าน คือ ด้านการพัฒนาบุคลากรทางการบัญชีโดยใช้หน่วยงานภายในองค์กร ด้านการพัฒนาบุคลากรทางการบัญชีโดยใช้หน่วยงานภายในองค์กร และด้านการจัดการการเงินและการบัญชี ภาพรวมของความต้องการ อยู่ในระดับความต้องการมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ความต้องการในรูปแบบการพัฒนาบุคลากร การจัดการการเงินและการบัญชี เป็นอันดับแรก รองลงมาได้แก่ ความต้องการในรูปแบบการพัฒนาบุคลากรทางการบัญชีโดยใช้หน่วยงานภายนอกองค์กร และความต้องการในรูปแบบการพัฒนาบุคลากรทางการบัญชีโดยใช้หน่วยงานภายในองค์กร ตามลำดับ
