ตัน ภาสกรนที (4 เมษายน พ.ศ. 2502 - )เป็นนักธุรกิจผู้ก่อตั้งบริษัท โออิชิ กรุ๊ป จำกัด (มหาชน)ซึ่งเป็นกลุ่มธุรกิจอาหารและเครื่องดื่ม เขาขายหุ้นส่วนใหญ่ให้กับบริษัท ไทยเบฟเวอเรจ จำกัด (มหาชน)ในพ.ศ. 2551และภายหลังประกาศลาออกจากตำแหน่งกรรมการผู้จัดการโออิชิ กรุ๊ปโดยจะมีผลในเดือนกันยายน 2553[2]

ตัน ภาสกรนที เกิดเมื่อวันที่ 4 เมษายน พ.ศ. 2502 ในครอบครัวที่มีฐานะปานกลาง จบการศึกษาชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 3 และเริ่มทำงานแรกเป็นพนักงานแบกของ เริ่มต้นค่าแรงในการทำงาน 700 บาท และหันมาทำอาชีพพ่อค้าแผงหนังสือที่ชลบุรี และได้เริ่มต้นซื้อห้องแถวขยายกิจการจนเป็นเจ้าของธุรกิจอสังหาริมทรัพย์[4]

ตัน โออิชิ ระบุว่า การลาออกดังกล่าว ยืนยันว่าไม่ได้มีความขัดแย้งกับคณะกรรมการ ผู้ถือหุ้น หรือผู้บริหารคนอื่นแต่อย่างใด เพียงแต่อยากพักผ่อน และต้องการหันไปทำธุรกิจส่วนตัว ทั้งอสังหาริมทรัพย์ และร้านอาหารอย่างจริงจัง อีกทั้งยังเป็นการเปิดทางให้ผู้บริหารรุ่นใหม่สืบทอดตำแหน่งดังกล่าวต่อไป ด้วย
