This research aims to study and compare the effects of Pilates exercises for balance and strength of the abdominal muscles. Before and after the training, practice 3, 6 weeks sample student faculty of Education University of fine female between the ages of 18-21 years old, divided into two groups of 20 people, 10 people, Pilates, group domains will receive training according to the program of Pilates exercises for a period of 6 weeks.Lol 3 days 45 minutes per day each and everyday life as normal control group.
