เนื่องจากกระผมลื่นหกล้มที่ถนนหน้าบ้าน ตั้งแต่เย็นอังคารที่ 4 กันยายน 2551 ที่ผ่านมา กระผมมีอาการเจ็บปวดและข้อเท้าบวมมาก วันรุ่งขึ้นกระผมได้ไปตรวจที่โรงพยาบาล หมอบอกว่าเอ็นข้อเท้าขาด
กระผมจึงขออนุญาตลาป่วยเป็นเวลา 3 วัน คือตั้งแต่วันที่ 5 กันยายน 2551 ถึงวันที่ 7 กันยายน 2551 เมื่อครบกำหนดแล้วกระผมจะมาเรียนตามปกติ
