การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาเรื่องขวัญและกำลังใจในการปฏิบัติงานของข้าราชการกรุงเทพมหานคร สังกัดสถานีดับเพลิงคลองเตย กองปฏิบัติการดับเพลิง 2 สำนักป้องกันและบรรเทาสาธารณภัย กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยในครั้งนี้ ใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา(Descriptive Statistics) สถิติพื้นฐาน ประกอบด้วย ค่าความถี่(Frequency) ค่าร้อยละ(Percentage) ค่าเฉลี่ย(Mean) และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน(Standard Deviation) ผลการวิจัยดังนี้
ส่วนที่ 1 ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลของข้าราชการกรุงเทพมหานคร สังกัดสถานีดับเพลิงคลองเตย กองปฏิบัติการดับเพลิง 2 สำนักป้องกันและบรรเทาสาธารณภัย ส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศชายมีอายุ 30-40 ปี มีสถานภาพการสมรส มีการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป มีระยะเวลาในการปฏิบัติงาน 5-15 ปี มีรายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือน 15,001-25,000 บาท และมีภาระหนี้สินต่อเดือน 5,001-10,000 บาท
ส่วนที่ 2 ระดับของขวัญและกำลังใจในการปฏิบัติงานข้าราชการกรุงเทพมหานคร สังกัดสถานีดับเพลิงคลองเตย กองปฏิบัติการดับเพลิง 2 สำนักป้องกันและบรรเทาสาธารณภัย พบว่า ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ซึ่งขวัญและกำลังใจในการปฏิบัติงานของข้าราชการกรุงเทพมหานคร สังกัดสถานีดับเพลิงคลองเตย กองปฏิบัติการดับเพลิง 2 สำนักป้องกันและบรรเทาสาธารณภัย มี 6 ด้าน พบว่าในด้านการได้รับการยอมรับนับถือจากผู้อื่นอยู่ในระดับมาก รองลงมาคือ ด้านการบังคับบัญชาอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ด้านความสัมพันธ์กับเพื่อนร่วมงานอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ด้านสภาพการปฏิบัติงานอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ด้านความมั่นคงอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ด้านเงินเดือนและสวัสดิการอยู่ในระดับน้อย
